The cleaner, salah, made animal towels and left flowers daily. He even left fruit and juice. the bar staff was amazing and funny!!! i received a vase of flowers on the beach from the lifeguard.

there were shops within walking distance, but their selection was limited.

Snorkelling was fantastic, even close to the beach! Mohamed Nabeh, the reception manager, was very helpful! I was upgraded to a beautiful room initially, it was beautiful. I preferred being closer to the beach, so I moved to a fantastic standard room. The food variety was great, and the cocktails were nice.

The music around the main pool was quite loud. That volume level was not necessary.

I liked the pools and bars. The general layout of the resort was good. The staffs were friendly, and helpful. Mohamed from restaurant were just so helpful, I advise ask him if need something.

Most of stuff not happy. It was very difficult to order specially at pool bar. This hotel is very expensive when compare with the service.
